About me

Nicole is an intuitive empath, Somatic Embodiment Practitioner, Certified 500 hour Yoga Teacher, Pain Care Aware Certified, and current Yoga Therapist in training at Inner Peace Yoga Therapy school. She dedicated eleven years of her life as a Certified Nursing Assistant serving thousands of patients hands on in various areas with half of that time spent in the Emergency Department. She realized how strong the need is in our culture for a spiritual practice that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit in a whole person approach to healing. She was brought to practicing yoga from her own embodied experience of trauma. Nicole is grateful to help bridge the gap between the Western allopathic model of medicine and the Eastern model which is infused with ancient wisdom, science and philosophy.

Nicole is the owner of Lighthouse Yoga Therapy, a private practice. Her mission is to be a light on the sea of suffering by helping guide those back to remembering their true nature where we are perfect, whole, and complete. With the belief that we are fractals of God/Source/Divine and our true essence is love, joy, peace, abundance, and serenity. This is accomplished by using the tools of Yoga Therapy which include: meditation, pranayama (breathwork), asana practice, somatic awareness, embodiment practices, yoga philosophy, Yoga Nidra, ancient science of Ayurveda, plant medicine, EFT Tapping, vibrational sound therapy, chakras, chanting mantras, mindset work, mudra, etc. and is informed by quantum physics.

She serves communities in the following areas: grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, stress, dysregulated nervous system, PTSD, chronic or persistent pain, mood disorders, sleep issues, structural anatomy problems and, ADHD. Nicole is accepting new 1:1 clients via zoom.

Nicole enjoys spending time in nature with God, reading, learning, traveling, roller-skating, drinking tea, film photography, creating art, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
