Yoga Nidra meditations are a powerful tool for renewing our subconscious mind and are for relaxation. This visualization meditation is designed in such a way as to take us through several layers of our being for deep healing. Ideally, this meditation can be listened to laying down right upon waking up or, laying down right before bed. These are the two optimal times for working with our subconscious minds; however, it can be listed to any time you need to rest in your day. This meditation is one you can use daily for lasting change.
