Join me! I am hosting a Sound bath and CBD drink by the Poudre River in the Canyon just 30 minutes north from Old Town Fort Collins. This will be such a soothing hour long event for your body as you soak up the healing sounds of the river and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls in nature. The sparkling CBD drinks are 20mg broad spectrum (No THC) and come in a few different flavors to choose from. The CBD* is non-psychoactive and is known for being therapeutic in helping ease anxiety, pain, inflammation, improves sleep, PTSD, and depression to name a few.

Sound baths have many benefits such as:

calms the nervous system, lowers blood pressure, respiration and heart rate; alleviates anxiety and depression, boosts creativity & memory, calms the brainwaves, helps you embody the present moment, and clear any blockages of energy in the body. Time: 6 - 7pm (sunset is at approx. 7:49 pm) Please arrive 15minutes early to setup your mat*

Location: The event location is at a picnic area off the road just before The Mishawaka Theatre. The exact location will be provided upon booking of the event via email. This event is outdoors on a grassy area so bring your mat, a blanket, pillow, whatever makes you feel most comfortable to lay down on the earth for the practice. Parking is ample legal shoulder parking provided by the U.S Forest Service. The photos I have added here are the scenic location of this event.

• First 15 tickets booked will receive a FREE CBD hemp flower pre-roll smoke by brand Woodland Smokes for added soothing relief.
